5.) Equitable Community / Public Works Grant:

With immense gratitude to the Department of Homeless Solutions and Equitable Communities, Public Health Services, and the Department of Public Works, for collaboration towards

Carson STEAM Community School Parent Organization living schoolyard gardens & creative spaces.

5.1) Input requested to finalize a $5,000 dollar Equitable Community Grant.

6.0)  RLA: Resident Leadership Academy past, present, and future invited to strengthen organization for continuous improvements of our eco restoration communities.

We have many Resident Leadership Academy Alumni, here in our community school rebuilding our Parent Organization.

6.1) Compost | Eco Restoration Community:

Waste diversion & water-wise climate action tracks weeks of waste (salad bar weight) diversion from landfill. On track to divert +20 weeks of Food waste from landfill (~50% of school year).  Increasing the likely-hood of resilient/ self sustaining gardens through out summer, & 3+ years.

Volunteer: Spread Mulch, accept plant donations, prep for plant sales.
